Gracie Abrams had a great time performing on stage with Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour. She acknowledged on “The Tonight Show” that Swift’s unexpected performance that evening was made possible by the cancellation of her Cincinnati show due to bad weather.
According to Abrams, who was narrating the event, it felt like she was about to pass out and it was her last memory of everything, so the whole thing was weird.
When she accepted Swift’s invitation to perform “I Miss You, I’m Sorry” with her on stage, she blacked out from overwhelming joy. Abrams said the tour was the most surreal, dreamlike thing and called it a “crazy dream”. She also acknowledged the sense of accomplishment and effort that went along with it.
She also called Taylor a “master class” for putting up a performance of such a high caliber of professionalism. This event reminded the singer of the days she spent learning and demonstrated the depth of knowledge she could gain from Swift’s performances.
