Andrea Evans, is one of the best soap-opera superstars. She was most recognized for her appearances as Rebecca Hotchkiss on Passions and Tina Lord on One Life to Live. Unfortunately, She passed away at age 66.

Don Carell, a casting director, revealed to The Hollywood Reporter on July 10 that Evans passed away on Sunday, July 9, at her home in Pasadena, California, following a battle with breast cancer.

Evans became well-known for playing Tina on One Life to Live from 1978 to 1981 and again from 1985 to 1990. The Bold and the Beautiful, Passions, and The Young and the Restless were a few of the daytime TV programs she later made appearances on.

Career Journey

The native of Illinois has received two Daytime Emmy nominations during her career. One for the Best simple lady in a Drama Series in 1998 for One Life to Live, And another for Outstanding Performance in a New Approaches Drama Series in 2015 for her role as Vivian Price in the web series DeVanity.
