The chances of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez getting back together seem to be getting smaller. Someone close to the couple said that even though the singer still loves her husband, she is focusing on a summer filled with health, happiness, and joy for herself and her family.
“Nothing can break her spirit,” the source added. “She wants a summer full of fun and laughter.”
It was reported that their marriage has been “over for months.” Lopez seemed to confirm this by posting a clip of her 2021 music video for “Cambia el Paso” on Instagram Sunday.
The song’s lyrics, translated from Spanish to English, say, “Her life is better now without him … She doesn’t need anyone to be well / She does not fail, she does not fail.” Lopez also stated, “He doesn’t deserve to have her in his arms.”

Jennifer Lopez is enjoying her summer without Ben Affleck although they both continue to wear their wedding rings.
Over the July 4th weekend, she was seen happy and carefree while riding bikes with her longtime friend and vocal coach, Stevie Mackey, in the Hamptons, New York. She also went shopping with her manager Benny in Bridgehampton and spent time with Emme, her child.
In June, she traveled to Italy and was seen relaxing on a boat in a revealing swimsuit.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck has moved his belongings out of their Beverly Hills home and is now living in a rental in Brentwood, California. This summer, he has been spending a lot of time with his three children — Violet, 18, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 12 — including during the Fourth of July weekend.
