The leak of startling audio of Billy Ray Cyrus verbally abusing his wife Firerose has taken over the internet. But faster than that, Billy Ray Cyrus’ response to the leak is also trending now.
Billy filed for divorce from Firerose only after seven months of their marriage. While the man claims Firerose committed fraud by hiding her previous marriage, the woman claims Billy of emotional and verbal abuse.
The audio altogether strengthens Firerose’s accusation, however, Billy does not seem much bothered.
Billy Cyrus Files Divorce from Firerose in Just Seven Months of Marriage
Apparently, the couple met in 2010 and ever since then, Billy seemed to have found something very special about Firerose. At one point, the famous star even called himself and the singer as soulmates.
Unfortunately, their marriage didn’t last long as Billy filed for divorce within the first year of marriage. The couple got engaged after only a few months of Tish and Billy’s divorce. And just like that, they fell apart quickly too.
Both sides have their own reasons, however, Firerose can be seen as way less inclined toward the separation. On the other hand, Billy is determined and in fact, seems furiously patient for the official divorce.
This relationship indeed begun with love, is being broken by Billy with the accusation of betrayal. He claims Firerose hid her marital history from him which is why he wants to split from her.
Billy Ray Cyrus’ Response to Audio Leak
Billy Ray Cyrus posted a story on Instagram, as his response to the leaked audio and all that he said in it.
His story states:
“Hell yeah I was at my wit’s end. As every day went by, I started realizing something was wrong. And that’s before I knew she was a fraud. I just knew something wasn’t right. That was before I knew she was David Hodges ex-wife.
That’s before I knew her parents last name. I had no idea she was arrested for felony residential burglary.
I saw before my very own eyes, everything I thought I knew about her, was a lie. She was trying to take over my career, my life and usurp the Cyrus name for her own gain.
See you in court.”

Billy filed the divorce, by accusing that Firerose did not tell him she was married before. Moreover, he accused her of trying to isolate him from his family. Although his rage and words are clearly apparent in the leaked audio, the popular star stands firm on his decision to divorce and does not sound apologetic for everything he said.
