Kim Kardashian showed up to playfully address rumors of her dating Tom Brady during a Netflix roast in his honor. This happened at “Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady,” a live Netflix special.
She handled some boos from the crowd as she took the stage at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Right off the bat, she acknowledged the elephant in the room.
“I’m really here tonight for Tom,” the SKIMS mogul said, following a joke about host Kevin Hart’s height. “But since I’m not here as Tom’s date, there’s still a good chance I might,” she added with a wink.
Kardashian then directly addressed the dating rumors. “Speaking of Tom and I dating, I know there were some rumors that we were, and I’d never say if we did or not. I’d just release the tape,” she said, referencing her infamous 2007 sex tape scandal with a touch of humor.
The jokes didn’t stop there. Kardashian also playfully roasted Brady about his resemblance to her stepfather. “I do know it would never work out,” she said.
“An ex-athlete, high cheekbones, silky hair, you remind me too much of my stepdad now,” referencing Kris Jenner’s former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner. “Part of me thinks you would want to undress me, just to try on my clothes,” she added, keeping the mood light. There was even a friendly jab about her family history with defending football players.
“But I think enough of my family members have helped defend former football players,” she joked, referencing her late father Robert Kardashian Sr. who famously served as O.J. Simpson’s attorney during his 1994 murder trial.
Tom Brady Returns Kardashian’s Roasts
The roasting wasn’t a one-sided affair. When Brady took the stage later, he returned the favor with a playful jab about Kardashian’s marriage to Kanye West.

“I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight,” the former NFL star said to the audience. “Not because of this, but because her kids are at home with their dad.”
This roast appearance comes after a report from People in May 2023 debunked the dating rumors. According to a source close to Kardashian, they were simply friends with mutual business partners.
At the time, Kardashian was reportedly focused on her children, businesses, law school, and filming “American Horror Story.
