Dua Lipa will also be playing Mermaid Barbie in the forthcoming Barbie film, releasing on 21 July. Along with her using her passion for singing and performing a song on the ‘Barbie’ soundtrack.

The pop sensation, who also has a cameo in the movie as Mermaid Barbie, looked stunning on the pink carpet on Sunday night. Dua’s outfit included a bespoke Bottega Veneta silver chain-mail knit dress that was nearly transparent and embellished with rhinestones.
She accessorized with white gold and diamond jewelry from Tiffany & Co. and silver Rocket mules, both by Bottega, to complete the look.
In 2022, naked clothing swept the fashion industry by storm, and Dua Lipa is one of its ardent supporters. Only last week, Florence Pugh garnered media attention at the Château de Chantilly while wearing a billowing, translucent lavender gown by Valentino (along with a head-turning pink buzz cut).
